This is a woman who was at the moment. This is a woman who was at the moment. See, there there will come a moment when you're engaging will come a moment when you're engaging will come a moment when you're engaging someone, you appeal to their spiritual someone, you appeal to their spiritual someone, you appeal to their spiritual thirst, but they might ask you a thirst, but they might ask you a thirst, but they might ask you a question like, "Well, I'm I'm living question like, "Well, I'm I'm living question like, "Well, I'm I'm living with my boyfriend or girlfriend, or or with my boyfriend or girlfriend, or or with my boyfriend or girlfriend, or or you know, I I you know, I I you know, I I I'm doing drugs. Would I have to give I'm doing drugs. Would I have to give I'm doing drugs. Would I have to give that up to follow Jesus?"

See, Jesus dealt in a certain way way. See, Jesus dealt in a certain way way. See, Jesus dealt in a certain way with the woman at the well, and then he with the woman at the well, and then he with the woman at the well, and then he dealt in an entirely different way with dealt in an entirely different way with dealt in an entirely different way with Nicodemus. They both needed Jesus.

Nicodemus is saying, "Teacher, we know Nicodemus is saying, "Teacher, we know Nicodemus is saying, "Teacher, we know you're a great man. No one could do the you're a great man. Effectively, Jesus says, "Listen, them." Effectively, Jesus says, "Listen, them." Effectively, Jesus says, "Listen, buddy, let's just get to the bottom buddy, let's just get to the bottom buddy, let's just get to the bottom line. You need to be born again." So, line. You know, people might think, "Oh, Greg, You know, people might think, "Oh, Greg, You know, people might think, "Oh, Greg, he's a preacher. He probably was raised he's a preacher. He probably was raised he's a preacher. He probably was raised in a nice Christian home and learned the in a nice Christian home and learned the in a nice Christian home and learned the Bible from his youth." No, I've told you Bible from his youth." No, I've told you Bible from his youth." No, I've told you many times that's not the case. For 17 many times that's not the case. For 17 years of my life, I lived with my years of my life, I lived with my years of my life, I lived with my alcoholic mother and alcoholic mother and alcoholic mother and went through her divorces, seven in went through her divorces, seven in went through her divorces, seven in total, and then I made my own foolish total, and then I made my own foolish total, and then I made my own foolish choices in the early days of my youth, choices in the early days of my youth, choices in the early days of my youth, and then I heard the gospel and gave my and then I heard the gospel and gave my and then I heard the gospel and gave my life to Christ. These people, you people are crazy. These people, you people are crazy. These people, you know, fell off the stupid tree and hit know, fell off the stupid tree and hit know, fell off the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down. What's every branch on the way down. What's every branch on the way down. What's wrong with these people? Why do they wrong with these people? Why do they wrong with these people? And in a way, I'm preaching to them B. And in a way, I'm preaching to them B. We're We're reading the Bible and and we're praying and I the Bible and and we're praying and I the Bible and and we're praying and I look out my window and literally right look out my window and literally right look out my window and literally right in my eye shot I see Roy just standing in my eye shot I see Roy just standing in my eye shot I see Roy just standing there. there. there. And I said, "Kathy, I think this is And I said, "Kathy, I think this is And I said, "Kathy, I think this is Roy's day to come to Christ. So, I Roy's day to come to Christ. He says, "Hey Roy, how are you doing?" He says, "Hey Roy, how are you doing?" He says, "I I'm okay. I'm just stopping. My "I I'm okay. I'm just stopping. My "I I'm okay. I'm just stopping. My heart's hurting a little bit." I said, heart's hurting a little bit." I said, heart's hurting a little bit." I said, "Roy, I'm going to ask you a question. "Roy, I'm going to ask you a question. "Roy, I'm going to ask you a question. We've had a lot of talks about the We've had a lot of talks about the We've had a lot of talks about the questions you have, yes?
