And one of the things that are hidden. And one of the things that are hidden. And one of the things that's true for me is that's true for me is that's true for me is I know how to be a good public I know how to be a good public I know how to be a good public Christian. Like when I feel offended because someone did something or someone said someone did something or someone said someone did something or someone said something, it actually probably has something, it actually probably has something, it actually probably has little to do with what they did and said little to do with what they did and said little to do with what they did and said and it's more to do what's going on in and it's more to do what's going on in and it's more to do what's going on in the inside of me. So before I lash out the inside of me. So before I lash out the inside of me. So before I lash out or act out from offense, or act out from offense, or act out from offense, can I just really explore and sit with can I just really explore and sit with can I just really explore and sit with like, "Okay, what's going on?
