I woke up at 2 o'clock this morning thinking about a o'clock this morning thinking about a o'clock this morning thinking about a social media post that somebody posted social media post that somebody posted social media post that somebody posted that I think that was intentional toward that I think that was intentional toward that I think that was intentional toward me and then I'm I've got this perception me and then I'm I've got this perception me and then I'm I've got this perception in my mind that they don't like me and in my mind that they don't like me and in my mind that they don't like me and that they're out to get me and what if that they're out to get me and what if that they're out to get me and what if what if other people begin to see that?

Uh your your kids not even worried. Uh your your kids not even worried. Uh your your kids not even dating anybody and all of a sudden you dating anybody and all of a sudden you dating anybody and all of a sudden you get worried about who they've been get worried about who they've been get worried about who they've been married. And so what the Lord says, he married. And so what the Lord says, he married. Well, when you're thinking him in the midst of a chaos, a him in the midst of a chaos, a him in the midst of a chaos, a catastrophe, everything that's going on catastrophe, everything that's going on catastrophe, everything that's going on in the battle of your mind, you thank in the battle of your mind, you thank in the battle of your mind, you thank God for what he's uh already done in God for what he's uh already done in God for what he's uh already done in your life. I thank him for salvation.

And I always say, "Oh, Lord showed out. And I always say, "Oh, Lord showed out. And I always say, "Oh, Lord God, you know, I can get out of that God, you know, I can get out of that God, you know, I can get out of that truck like this." Oh. Oh. And I start truck like this." Oh. We could go on and on already done. We could go on and on already done. We could go on and on talking about that. Anxiety is talking about that. Anxiety is talking about that. Anxiety is rehearsing a future that you cannot rehearsing a future that you cannot rehearsing a future that you cannot control. And prayer is entrusting that control. And prayer is entrusting that control. And prayer is entrusting that future to the one who can.

Okay that peace is the calmness in the midst of the storm. And calmness in the midst of the storm. And calmness in the midst of the storm. And what happens is he'll guard. He guards what you uh what goes on in your mind. He'll uh what goes on in your mind. He'll uh what goes on in your mind. He'll guard it. It's a military term. Prayer guard it. It's a military term. Prayer may not immediately change what is may not immediately change what is may not immediately change what is happening around you, but God's peace happening around you, but God's peace happening around you, but God's peace changes what is happening within you. changes what is happening within you. changes what is happening within you. Prayer may not immediately change what's Prayer may not immediately change what's Prayer may not immediately change what's happening around you, but God's peace happening around you, but God's peace happening around you, but God's peace changes what's happening in you. Sometimes God doesn't change situation, he changes doesn't change situation, he changes doesn't change situation, he changes you. Uh so in ministry, here's what I've you. Uh so in ministry, here's what I've had to the opportunity with with many of had to the opportunity with with many of had to the opportunity with with many of our uh brothers and sisters in Christ. our uh brothers and sisters in Christ. our uh brothers and sisters in Christ. They they're sick. They go to the They they're sick. They go to the They they're sick. They go to the doctor. They are diagnosed with a doctor. They are diagnosed with a doctor. They are diagnosed with a terminal illness. It's a terminal terminal illness. It's a terminal terminal illness. It's a terminal illness. And the doctor is pretty illness. And the doctor is pretty illness. And the doctor is pretty upfront and says, "Uh, unless God upfront and says, "Uh, unless God upfront and says, "Uh, unless God intervenes, does supernatural miracle, intervenes, does supernatural miracle, intervenes, does supernatural miracle, you probably will not live more than a you probably will not live more than a you probably will not live more than a year." Now, I've had the opportunity to year." Now, I've had the opportunity to year." Now, I've had the opportunity to walk alongside of men and women on that walk alongside of men and women on that walk alongside of men and women on that journey to go meet Jesus. Now, were we journey to go meet Jesus. Now, were we journey to go meet Jesus. Now, were we praying for healing? Yes. You know, can praying for healing? Yes. You know, can praying for healing? Yes. You know, can God heal? The answer to that is yes.

And that is what I have witnessed. I And that is what I have witnessed. I And that is what I have witnessed. I have witnessed over time where men and have witnessed over time where men and have witnessed over time where men and women in a terminal illness would talk women in a terminal illness would talk women in a terminal illness would talk about how the terminal illness has drew about how the terminal illness has drew about how the terminal illness has drew they were believers but how the terminal they were believers but how the terminal they were believers but how the terminal illness has drew them so close to the illness has drew them so close to the illness has drew them so close to the Lord that in fact they have a great Lord that in fact they have a great Lord that in fact they have a great peace. The circumstance around them was peace. The circumstance around them was peace. The circumstance around them was not changed. See peace is not the not changed. See peace is not the not changed. See peace is not the absence of trouble. It's the presence of absence of trouble. It's the presence of absence of trouble. It's the presence of God in the midst of the chaos and God in the midst of the chaos and God in the midst of the chaos and trouble. And so what happens the peace trouble. And so what happens the peace trouble. And so what happens the peace of God was guarded heart and mind. They of God was guarded heart and mind. They of God was guarded heart and mind.
