He did both all all the time.

Occasionally somebody will will say to Occasionally somebody will will say to me, "Hey pastor, I think we're gonna go me, "Hey pastor, I think we're gonna go me, "Hey pastor, I think we're gonna go find a smaller church." But personally, But personally, I'm thankful, super super thankful to be I'm thankful, super super thankful to be I'm thankful, super super thankful to be a part of a church that is small enough a part of a church that is small enough a part of a church that is small enough to see individuals, to see individuals, to see individuals, but big enough to make an impact across but big enough to make an impact across but big enough to make an impact across this world. this world. this world. A and church, I just want to say to you, A and church, I just want to say to you, A and church, I just want to say to you, in a world filled with AI, and it's in a world filled with AI, and it's in a world filled with AI, and it's coming quick, [music] and social media, coming quick, [music] and social media, coming quick, [music] and social media, it has never been more important for it has never been more important for it has never been more important for each of us and everyone who comes to each of us and everyone who comes to each of us and everyone who comes to this church to be connected and this church to be connected and this church to be connected and discipled beyond the algorithm, discipled beyond the algorithm, discipled beyond the algorithm, be beyond where [music] they're going to be beyond where [music] they're going to be beyond where [music] they're going to be led in this culture. We we got to be led in this culture. We we got to be led in this culture. We we got to know people. We we we got to understand know people. We we we got to understand know people. We we we got to understand people. We got to be connected to people. We got to be connected to people. We got to be connected to people. And we have to disciple them people.
